PAYMENTS, SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, RETURN/REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

 

PAYMENTS POLICY

  • CARYSIL accepts only advance payment from different modes like Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking and Wallets.
  • CARYSIL do not take cash-on-delivery (COD) orders.
  • We have trusted Razor Pay Payment Gateway – it is 100% safe & secure.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We offer free shipping to cities all over India. (No Cap)
  • All Orders are being dispatched through our factory only located at Gujarat – Bhavnagar.
  • Customers usually receive their orders within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch depending on the delivery location.
  • We do not provide express shipping service on any order as it is free so plan accordingly your order.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address mentioned by the customer at the time of placing the order.
  • If a customer cannot receive or pick up an order after three attempts by the shipping company, it will come back to our warehouse and any refund against RTO orders will be not initiated.
  • Customers can request us to Re-ship it with the new actual address & Contact Details. We will reship but shipping charges will be levied from the customer.
  • We ship all orders through Delhivery or Shree Maruti Courier only
  • Subject to pin code serviceability if your order ships through another Shipping company, the customer will be notified on your mobile number given at the time of order with tracking number & shipping company name for your reference.
  • It may take longer time to deliver on festival season / natural calamities / strike / Riots / state or central govt. orders to seal state borders on special cases or any other reasonable reason as provided by the shipping company.
  • As “proof of delivery” acknowledgement to the sender is the prime responsibility of all shipping companies & to make sure the product is delivered to the right place & right person, the shipping company may take OTP from a customer for verification process & in some case, if other person taking delivery they may ask for Govt ID Proof (Most Preferably Aadhar card or else any Govt issued ID Card they allow)
  • Denial to give OTP or Signature or Proof of ID (if asked) will be considered as non-acceptance of the product & will be RTO. No Refund will be entertained
  • Open BOX delivery will not be provided so please do not ask for it.

           

How is my order shipped?

 

  • Your order will be QC Checked/tested OK, packed, sealed and shipped from our dedicated company warehouse. Once shipped, the Customer will receive the tracking details via email or phone.

Order Cancellation

 

  • No cancellation will be processed once the order has been shipped.

Return / Replacement Policy

 

  • Returns are only accepted if the order was delivered in a damaged/defective condition.
  • In such a case, we should be notified by email at ecommerce@carysil.com or whatsApp/call at 9638338316 within 24 hours of receiving the order accompanied by images and videos of the damaged item which can support the buyer’s claim.
  • We will provide a shipping address so that you can ship your order back to us. We will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned product.
  • We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered the wrong item.
  • Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer
  • We do not guarantee that your mobile or computer monitor’s display of colour will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the colour of the product look slightly different.

Refund Policy

 

  • If you receive a physically damaged Product (must need an unboxing video)
  • If the wrong product is delivered (must need unboxing video)
  • If a product is defective / does not work properly (Must need a video / we can send our technician to resolve the problem on-site)

In all above mention cases, if we find the customer’s claim is genuine, the customer must return the product to us first & after receiving the product full/partial refund will be initiated as per policy.
