Returns are only accepted in case the order has been delivered in a damaged condition. In such a case, we should be notified by email on hello@carysil.com within 24 hours of receiving the order accompanied by images and videos of the damaged item. If your return is accepted, we’ll guide you on the return procedure Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
